Tier choice is feature-driven, not worker-count-driven. Stay on Starter as long as Starter features cover your work. Upgrade to Pro when you need foreman roles, full invoicing, online payments, or cross-trade referrals. Yes. There are no contracts or cancellation fees. If you cancel during a trial, you owe nothing. If you cancel a paid plan, you keep access through the end of your billing period.

No. Solis records the work: who showed up, what got done, what got changed, what got signed. Time is one column in that record, alongside attribution, location, output, evidence, and phase. If you only need a timesheet, ClockShark or Workyard are simpler. If you've ever lost an invoice fight because you couldn't prove what happened, that's what Solis is for.
Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We follow industry-standard security practices and are working toward SOC 2 Type II certification (see the Security page for current status).
