SMS Messaging Terms

Last updated: May 2026

These SMS Messaging Terms govern your participation in the Solis SMS messaging program operated by Solis Core Inc. (“Solis,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By providing your mobile phone number to Solis and consenting to receive SMS messages, you agree to these terms. These SMS Messaging Terms supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Program Description

The Solis SMS messaging program (“Solis Messaging”) sends transactional SMS text messages to authenticate users during account signup, login, and account recovery on the Solis platform. Messages are sent only in response to user-initiated actions and contain time-limited one-time verification codes.

The program operator is Solis Core Inc., a Delaware corporation headquartered in Los Angeles, California.

2. How to Opt In

You opt in to Solis Messaging by entering your mobile phone number in the Solis mobile or web application during account signup, login, or account recovery and tapping or clicking the corresponding action button (such as “Continue,” “Send Code,” or “Verify”). Above the action button, the application displays the following consent disclosure:

“By tapping Continue, you agree to receive SMS verification codes from Solis at the number you provided. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.”

Only after you take that action does Solis send a verification code to the phone number you provided. You are not enrolled in any other category of messaging by opting in to verification messages.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your usage of the Solis platform. You will receive a verification message only when you initiate a signup, login, or account recovery flow that requires SMS authentication. We do not send promotional, marketing, or informational messages through this program.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply to messages sent and received through Solis Messaging. The cost of receiving these messages depends on your wireless plan and carrier. Solis Core Inc. is not responsible for any charges you incur from your wireless carrier for sending or receiving messages.

5. How to Opt Out

You can opt out of Solis Messaging at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send a single confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out, and you will not receive any further messages from this program unless you opt in again. Other accepted opt-out keywords include END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, and QUIT.

Note: opting out of SMS verification may prevent you from completing signup, login, or account recovery on the Solis platform. To restore access, you may need to use an alternate verification method or re-enroll by entering your phone number again in the application.

6. How to Get Help

For help with Solis Messaging, reply HELP to any message you receive from us. We will respond with a message identifying the program and providing contact information.

You can also contact Solis support by email at josh@coresolis.com or through the waitlist signup on our homepage.

7. Carriers and Delivery

Solis Messaging is supported on most major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, and Google Fi. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Solis Core Inc. is not responsible for failures, delays, or errors in transmission caused by your wireless carrier or by any technical issue outside our control.

8. Privacy

Information you provide in connection with Solis Messaging — including your mobile phone number — is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile phone number, opt-in status, or SMS-related data with third parties for their marketing purposes. We share your phone number only with our SMS service provider (Twilio Inc.) and only as necessary to deliver verification messages to you.

9. Eligibility

To participate in Solis Messaging, you must be at least 18 years old, located in the United States, and the authorized user of the mobile phone number you provide. By opting in, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that you have the right to receive SMS messages at the number you provided.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Messaging Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where required by applicable law, provide additional notice. Your continued participation in Solis Messaging after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
